Landscape Management Plan
The Landscape Management Plan is the "business plan" for the development of the landscape. Without a well thought out, written plan, how do we now where we are going, or where we are in our journey there?
Plans are typically broken down into one-, five-, and ten-year increments, a mere chapter in the longevity of a landscape, but a step in the right direction
The Landscape Management Plan:
Focuses on achieving goals such as improving landscape's esthetics, reducing water costs, creating higher property values, or improving the cost effectiveness of the landscape.
Is an all-inclusive document that contains specific objectives, strategies, budget projections and reserve requirements, a site component inventory, and site maps.
Prioritizes objectives.
Is the basis on which the landscape maintenance, irrigation, and tree specifications are developed.
